Our Mission & Vision
The mission of our family and ministry is to reach Cuba with the gospel of Jesus Christ. This will be accomplished through discipleship, leadership training, church planting, evangelism, and many others. All of these will be done through various methods of employment; albeit, some very nontraditional methods due to a few hurdles that need to be avoided. For more details on those, please contact us.
Our vision is to implement an ongoing strategy to equip and train national leaders so that they might start churches throughout their country and, in turn, evangelize Cuba with the gospel. We believe heavily in discipleship training which will give us a much broader rate of effectiveness as that process of multiplication will inevitably unfold in the years that follow. Our vision can be summed up in our mission statement which is taken from Ephesians 5:16, “Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.”
Our Team:
Though not everyone has the opportunity to come with us to the field, we understand that one of the most vital members of the team is YOU! Thank you for making it possible for us to be here. And if you’d like to get to know us a little more then continue reading below.

Matt Cretzman
From the days of being a teenager, Matt has had a zeal for serving God and being involved in every ministry opportunity possible. He thoroughly enjoys working with children (in past years as a camp counselor and in Vacation Bible School), teenagers (he started and maintained a ministry called Crossover which reached out to the “unchurched” teens in the community which saw over 50 teenagers saved), and everyone else outside those years! Missions was very near to his pastor’s heart and the heart of the church where he grew up, so it was only natural for Matt to answer God’s call, while still a teenager, to be a missionary. Since that time God has blessed tremendously and we are quickly moving through this stage of our ministry! For more detailed information about Matt’s testimony, click here.
Lana Cretzman
Since she was in her mother’s womb Lana has been in church and surrounded by those serving in full time Christian service. God has blessed her family (the Claytons) with a very goodly heritage and we praise the Lord for this. Since the days of running around in South Florida as a little girl, Lana has dreamed of one day becoming a missionary. God, knowing the desire of her heart (and certainly of His own!), saw fit to direct her to marry someone else with the same desires of serving the Lord. Lana is very excited about being able to spend her life being spent for the very God who saved her when she was only 5 years old. Lana has also been blessed with some musical talent which she regularly uses to serve the Lord wherever she is. And for more details on Lana, please click here.
Our Sending church: We are sent out of the Cleveland Baptist Church of Cleveland, Ohio.
